Catering to the needs of up to ten adult guests, Villa Erick is a four bedroom residence that has been created for optimal privacy without compromising comfort. The upstairs entertainment room, featuring a study corner, library and the latest audio-visual equipment, also converts into an additional bedroom should the need arise.

The main structure of the villa is orientated towards a generous sized swimming pool that is edged by a gently flowing water wall that has an extraordinary calming effect. The pool is enveloped by a manicured lawn and random planting of indigenous flora that makes a safe play area for guests choosing to travel with children.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - September 15, Easter Week;
