Bugan Villas Bali is a world class, five star contemporary resort, comprising 4 spacious three-bedroom villas, set in idyllic landscaped gardens with lotus ponds and private pools. Located in Petitenget, Seminyak, it is only ten minutes walk from the beach, shops and fine dining restaurants. This unique concept gives our owners and guests a sense of privacy and ultimate luxury, superior to a hotel room environment, while having close access to all the facilities Seminyak has to offer.

Bugan Villas uses the highest quality building materials, both stone and wood. Each villa boasts its own private pool, Jacuzzi and three spacious master bedrooms with full size indoor marble bathrooms and outdoor showers, giving our owners and guests the relaxing feeling of bathing in luxury or having a shower whilst gazing into the open sky. Location
Located in Seminyak, away from the dizzy rush and bustle of Kuta - Bali, yet still near to the exciting shopping, restaurants and nightspots. Seminyak is the preferred destination for many tourists and expatriates in the Asia Pacific region who regularly return to Bali for work, holiday or simply to live.

Bugan Villas, which has grown to be one of the best known and most reputable developments on the island, lies in the center of the Seminyak hub. Only a short walk from Bugan Villas, you will find a selection of world class restaurants such as Ku De Ta, La Luciola, The Living Room, and Hu'u Bar and Restaurant. Strolling along the beach that stretches as far as the eye can see and enjoying the unique ambiance of Bali is an unforgettable experience.

Our villa accommodation is within easy walking distance to Seminyak Beach and only a 10 minutes form Kuta, a center for entertainment, dining, fashion and shopping as well as home to world famous boutique hotels and villas, 5 minutes from Seminyak offers a wide range of clubs and cafes where people can meet and enjoy themselves and 15 minute drive from Bali International Airport.

Bedrooms
The soft lighting and high ceilings create an intimate atmosphere. The furniture pack includes a black solid timber king size bed with night tables and a cream colored bed box. Soft lighting lends romance to the elegantly furnished bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full sized private bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers and marble bath tubs, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Guests and owners can rest while enjoying the view of the peaceful lavish garden and swimming pool through the big crystal clear windows. The rooms all have air-conditioning, wooden ceiling, marble floors, and spacious wardrobes with built-in lighting.

Every bedroom is beautifully appointed with a range of beige, black, brown and tan fabrics in an interesting array of textures.

Bathrooms
All bedrooms enjoy full sized private en-suite bathrooms with marble bath tubs and indoor/outdoor showers, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Units are fully-furnished with high-quality materials, all done in a simple clean modern style, with furnished to a first quality. The bathrooms are especially luxurious designed to soothe your soul.

Dining, Kitchen & Living Room
The living and dining pavilion include grey marble, stacked slate and black granite. The kitchen is superbly appointed with European appliances including gas hob, electric oven and range hood. An island work bench provides an alternative eating area and breakfast bar, The generous open plan living/dining pavilion is air conditioned and can be fully enclosed with bi-fold doors. Clients who choose our furniture pack will benefit from the development process which has taken place over the past year and a half. We have utilized best quality Sunbrella indoor and outdoor fabrics throughout and all furniture and decorative lighting has been custom made and designed by .... lookers uniquely for Bugan Villas.

Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi
Choose complete privacy, making this unique spacious Villa and private outdoor swimming pool is great for laps, and perfect for lazy dips during the day and even better at night. Whilst the pool-deck area enjoys all day sunlight, an outside shower, overlooking the garden helps to provide additional break from the heat. Only quality materials are used in the construction of your property including local timber, slates and tiles to blend in with the natural environment. Enhancing the swimming pool experience is an outside shower, with views over the surrounding garden, providing a bright and colorful environment during the day, and through extensive creative lighting well into the night.

Outdoor Living

Bugan Villas have private open-air tropical garden, balconies providing fantastic views, Lotus ponds, spacious wooden deck, and perfect for secluded sunbathing, and Gazebo, steps down into the private swimming pool, private Jacuzzi and to outdoor shower.

Each villa is nestled within a private garden compound that exposes the healthy attributes of outdoor Balinese living. A semi-open outdoor lounge environment integrates with a kitchen, living area and dining area. Tropical outdoor living in this villa was designed to blend modern convenience with elements of traditional Balinese architecture. There is an obvious sensitivity towards the surrounding environment, whilst respecting the rich culture of the island, its fine artistry and Hindu heritage.

All the services you would expect to find in a world class private estate are provided here at Bugan Villas, whether it be a spa treatment in the privacy of your own villa, a personal valet to guarantee that you always look your best, or a chef to cook specially for you in your own kitchen. Nannies and drivers are available around the clock.

There is never a shortage of things to do on this remarkable island, with activities ranging from witnessing its rich culture and traditions to the adventurous enjoyment of nature, sports and games. Bali's environment is unparalleled and many people enjoy walking or mountain biking along rice terraces in Ubud, trekking through the cool jungle air of Bedugul or up Mt Agung volcano. And if you are up to it, you can try riding an elephant at the Bali elephant park.
