Villa Sur La Colline Bali is a tastefully appointed 4 bedroom property designed to embrace the contours of an elevated piece of landscape that captures sweeping views over Jimbaran Bay and out towards Tanjung Benoa. Located in an area of rugged tropical terrain known as Bukit Ungasan, Villa Sur La Colline is just a 20 minute drive to the airport and is relatively close to the internationally recognized surfing beaches of Padang-Padang, Balangan and Dreamland.

Design Concept
Inspired by the tall roof tops and intricate timber panelling of classic Thai architecture, Villa Sur La Colline is composed of two main pavilions separated by a terraced walkway. An additional smaller pavilion at the back of the property serves as a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a generous walk-in pantry. There are subtle elements of Balinese design throughout the villa, which has been carefully furnished in wooden artefacts, aesthetic pieces and textiles collected on travels across South East Asia.

Living Pavilion
The main living pavilion is a split level structure with an integrated lounge and dining area perfect for long evenings of social interaction. A striking timber staircase leads up to a mezzanine library where bookcases are lined with editions of old encyclopaedias and a computer is permanently set up for convenient computer access. Eclectic furnishings, unusual trinkets and antique curios give this environment a warm home style ambience.

Sleeping Pavilion
The two-storey sleeping pavilion can accommodate up to eight adult guests in spacious quarters designed for optimal privacy and relaxation. The ground level of the pavilion features a pair of suite bedrooms, each with its own exclusive en-suite bathroom and personal sitting terrace. Both bedrooms are linked by a cosy air-conditioned lounge room that was designed as niche to read or watch satellite television.

The elegant master suite is located upstairs and includes a small terrace for couples to enjoy intimate moments alone taking pleasure in the distant scenery and the caress of the cool sea breeze. The master bathroom is a haven of pure indulgence and comes complete with an oversized tub, ample vanity space and separate shower recess embellished in river stones. The fourth bedroom is a simple retreat at the rear end of the pavilion decorated in unique pieces of artistry and the same hardwood floors that are featured throughout the entire villa.

Outdoor Pleasures
An infinity edge swimming pool and sun deck on a lower tier of the property encourages quality time out to unwind and soak up the rejuvenating benefits of Bali's tropical climate. Surrounded by the lush greenery of indigenous flora, Villa Sur La Colline is a tranquil sanctuary to escape the hectic pace of modern living. 1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival, laundry service (up to 10 pieces daily), and return airport transfers. Rates do not include breakfast.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - September 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week, Golden week (last week of April - first week of May). Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
