   All rates are subject to 21% tax and service charge, with the following benefits:

   Extra person is at additional charge of USD 100++ per person per night.
4. Estate Capacity
   Maximum 4 adults in each estate is allowed (2 persons in master bedroom and 2 persons in studio room).

   High season period: July 1 - September 30; peak season period: December 20 - January 06.
