Location
Located in the western coast of Bali, Villa Dadi is sited among the infamous rice field terrace. Thirty minutes away from the airport, twenty minutes to the busy street of Seminyak and Oberoi the famous shopping and entertaining area and fifteen minutes to Nirwana one of the best Asia's Golf Course.

General Description
Sited atop of a 2200 m2 lush tropical garden and lily ponds, Each of the four bedrooms features hardwood floors, double sliding glass and beautifully carved wooden doors that open onto en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and safety deposit boxes. A sizeable, open-air lounge and dining area overlooks the rice terrace, creating a real feeling of space. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to dining and the living area which created for convenient. The garden and pool area provide the perfect spot for relaxation equipped with a large Gazebo with plenty of space to enjoy the afternoons in luxurious style. The garden area is large enough for a children play or to entertain some friends. All the modern equipment such as large TV screen, stereo sound system, DVD players as well as wireless high speed internet connection is provided to ensure the necessary international high level of comfort.

Entrance
The gate opens onto a paved parking area which leads in to the antique door on the right side entrance, the stone stairs leads down to the floating wood deck on the pond as well as to the main living, dining area and on to the two story's pavilion. The entrance is also including a security post and office area.

The Garden
The garden is shaded by tropical trees and lined by the white lilies. The garden is equipped with a bale bengong offering enough space for relaxation and enjoys the afternoons in luxurious style. The garden area is perfect for children play or for you to entertain friends.

The Pool
The white line of this free shape swimming pool is creating a contrast color on to the well manicured green grass. Several long chairs with mattress are lined along this 70 m2 swimming pool side providing a best place to enjoy the sun.

Living Area
The open space living is featuring a coffee table, day bed, satellite television and DVD. This living area is overlooking the garden, the swimming pool and terraced rice field situated over the river which bordering the property.

Dining Area
The breezy open air dining area is overlooking the garden and the pool is connected to the living and the kitchen area featuring a comfortable twelve seats table.

Kitchen
A wood bridge leads to the guest lavatory and to the kitchen as well as a direct access for the staff from the back of the property. The kitchen is well equipped with all the modern amenities for the convenience of the guess.

The Whirlpool and Gazebo
Located in the garden the whirlpool is covered by a thatched roof gazebo. The 7 m2 whirlpool pool is facing the free shape swimming pool and the rest of the property. The whirlpool pool can be covered by wood floors to convert into 9 m2 gazebo providing a perfect place to appreciate the nature and the natural surrounding.

Bedroom 1
The wooden pathway leads to the 50 m2 air conditioned bedroom in the first pavilion which facing the swimming pool and the garden, this bedroom is offering the splendid view of the green rice terrace. This air conditioned master bedroom is featuring a king size bed with mosquito net, TV and DVD player. The bathroom door is made of beautiful carved wood features a walk in wardrobe, one large bathtub, two basins, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2
In the first pavilion next to the first bedroom this second air conditioned bedroom is offering the same view on the rice field terrace. Featuring a king size bed with mosquito net, TV, DVD player and fire detector to ensure the safety of the guest. The bathroom features a walk in wardrobe, one large bathtub, two basins, shower and toilet. This bedroom also can be set up as twin bed with the queen size bed if required.

Bedroom 3
Located in the first floor of the two story's pavilion, this third bedroom is accessible through the wooden pathway or through the garden. Offering a spacious space of 33 m2 featuring a king size bed with mosquito net, TV and DVD player. The bathroom features a walk in wardrobe, one large bathtub, two basins, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4
The stone stairs leads up to the fourth bedroom which located on the second level of the pavilion overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. It is also featuring a king size bed with mosquito net, TV and DVD player. The bathroom features a walk in wardrobe, one large bathtub, two basins, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 5
Accessible from the entrance, the glass wall fifth bedroom in the separate pavilion adjacent to the river is featuring a king size bed, TV and the DVD player. The en-suite bathroom is featuring one basin, toilet, shower and bathtub.

Staffing
At your full service, a manager is supervising 7 permanent staffs including 1 cook, 2 maids, 1 gardener and pool attendants and 3 security guards servicing during the nights.

1. Rates
   All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival and airport pick-up service. Rates do not include breakfast.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year and Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 15 - January 8
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
